2026-27 Grants Application

Welcome to the A3's 2026-27 Micro-Grants Application. Before proceeding, please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed our Application Guidelines and the Eligibility Checklist to confirm that your project or organization meets our requirements. We recommend that you read this entire form carefully before beginning your entry to ensure you have all necessary information prepared.

This cycle is open to all creative disciplines and offers $1,000 grants for individual artists and $2,000 grants for community organizations. All grants are non-restrictive, meaning funds can be used at the applicant’s discretion to support their work.

The deadline to submit your application is June 15th, 2026, 11:59 PM CST.

Why do you do your creative work? What impact do you hope to make? What keeps you going?

Please provide a brief history of your work or organization. Your narrative should demonstrate at least three years of consistent creative production (paid or unpaid) and show relevant skills and experience with your intended communities.

Describe upcoming engagements, including exhibitions, performances, classes to teach. What excites you most about your upcoming plans?

Why do you need financial assistance? What will happen if you don’t receive it? What will it help with?

Who are the specific audiences or communities you seek to serve? How does your work create community or engage these groups? How does your work create community? Provide an estimate of students or visitors impacted if applicable.

Attach 3-5 samples of your work. Label each with the date or year of creation.
